  I recently had repair work done on damage caused by the winter snows and ice storms causing an ice dam buildup. Water wicked through the roof and damaged the ceiling in my living room. I contacted my insurance company and they recommended Dart Restoration Corporation. Within hours of the initial contact, Dart sent people to evaluate the damage. That night I received an estimate on the repair cost. I accepted their bid and the next day workers showed up to perform the required demo. First, they carefully covered the floor and furniture in the room. Next, they placed a floor to ceiling, wall to wall, plastic barrier to isolate the work area. Within a couple of hours, the workers had removed all the damaged materials from the site and swept clean all the debris. They left the place totally clean. Since I had travel for a few weeks, they agreed to pause work until my return. To capture any possible water leakage during my absence, they covered the open ceiling with plastic and created a funnel into a 55-gallon can. That was the very week that we had a MAJOR BLIZZARD. I returned home to no additional damage. I called, and the next day they delivered the necessary building materials, including paint that matched my walls, ceiling, and moldings. The workers returned the following day and covered the floors and stairs from the front door all the way to the work site. They insulated, sheet rocked, taped, plastered, sanded, primed, and painted the entire damaged area in less than a day! When they left, there was no evidence that any repairs had been made or that they were ever there. From my first contact, everyone I spoke to was professional, pleasant, punctual, considerate and caring. Don and Dante managed the project from beginning to end. They showed up on site everyday to establish what needed to be done. Their workers were conscientious, hardworking and skilled at their jobs.They were always aware of keeping the work site and surrounding areas neat and clean, something appreciated by my family. To me, the pricing seemed reasonable for the quality and service they provided. To say that I was totally pleased with their performance is an understatement.

  We had a massive house fire on February 8 of 2023 and admits the whirlwind of that experience, there were all kinds of people lining my street trying to have a conversation and some more contractors and most were insurance adjusters. Thankfully, a good friend from the fire department introduced us to Tom and Don, and they came in our home and we spoke for about an hour and worked out something just to get the remaining part of the house patched up before the winter weather that evening. Overall, the entire experience was roughly 18 months before we got back in the home, and while to be quite honest, some of the Was certainly a bit frustrating, that was not doing any part to DART and their team, because what we learned to this entire experience Is that many contractors are so-called experts, but don’t have the proper experience to get the permit done the right way from the town of Hempstead, to coordinate that with different subcontractors to do different pieces of the job, while coordinating with us as the homeowners to make specific decisions on different things throughout the Home that are being rebuilt. Most importantly, what stuck out for us early on in the process was that we did speak to some public We ended up hiring one, but after speaking with Tom, he helped convince us as to the value that we could do just working with him and directly with our insurance carrier And so Tom was extremely helpful in getting us out of that potential Insurance adjuster and then we just work directly with Tom and Don and the team at DART. And they were incredible to work with, helped us navigate a pretty complex experience that people hope to never have to go through. And even after being in the home for more than six months, nine months, 12 months, if any questions or issues or problems arise, DART is there in a heartbeat to take care of any of the issues. They work with integrity, they work hard, they know all the ins and outs and nuances. I’ve had to navigate such a complex insurance claim and Home rebuild Like this, and most importantly, they did everything legitimately, by the book, and without cutting corners. We would have never met DART if it weren’t for such a tragic experience of having a massive fire in our home, but if we were ever have to go through an experience like that again, God forbid, Working with a team like DART and Don and Tom and the rest of the crew, Made the entire experience as painless and as smooth as possible For my wife and I and our two children. Highly highly recommend DART and the team, and if you have any questions A decision to work with them, sit down and have a conversation and they will appease one of your concerns. Grateful for having been connected to them And for DART leading the Successful rebuild of our home and the Southshore of Nassau County.

  Dart Restoration did an amazing job on my bathroom remodel and kitchen renovation. The team was professional, reliable, and paid great attention to detail throughout the entire project.   Rama Construction plumber Vitaliy did an excellent job installing our washer and dryer. The work was done quickly, professionally, and with great attention to detail. Everything was connected and tested properly. The price was very reasonable, and he cleaned up everything after the installation. Very polite, reliable, and skilled — highly recommend!
